At its core, teaching is a calling; a vocation filled with challenges yet abundant rewards. It requires patience, empathy, creativity, and resilience – qualities that are essential in guiding young minds through complex concepts or simply helping them develop social skills. For many, becoming a teacher is a way to pay back what they received from someone else at some point in life. They want to contribute positively to society by sharing knowledge and values with the next generation.

But being a teacher isn’t easy. The job demands long hours, continuous learning, and adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and curriculum changes. Moreover, the COVID-19 pandemic has made teaching even more challenging than ever before.
